'Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.'

'Staff was awesome especially the bar tender. Had issue when it comes to the room. The sink in the bathroom the cold nozzle is way too hard to turn on, when you do turn on the sink there’sa loud knocking sound which is really annoying. The toilet kept draining. So when the TV shut off automatically we kept hearing it. One more thing the time we started in was for handicap. Neither I or my spouse is handicapped but we were fine with it. I don’t agree how the bathroom is if we were handicap....
