'I stayed at this best western for 3 days and overall it was pretty good. What did ruined it for me the staff chasing me over a hundred doors more for the start than what I agreed to on Expedia. On top of that they issue you a parking permit that’s essentially a flimsy piece of paper that’s supposed to hang from your rear view mirror. 'I moved to this hotel at the last minute. I was at a resort in Mission Beach paying a ridiculous amount of money per night, and it was not great. It was loud (excessively so…I could hear balcony doors opening at 5am that sounded like thunder, not to mention screaming and music all night and early morning) and outdated. The Hampton on the other hand, was beautiful, clean, quiet (except for the Elephant upstairs); parking was cheap, breakfast was included, and the staff were amazing. Highly...

'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'
