'Clean rooms, staff nice, helpful, parking, breakfast not that great. Room damage deposit the highest I have ever paid, even in five star hotels. For the location room rate high for what you get. No pool, hot tub, exercise room, business activities centre. But it was clean.'

'Good communication, easy check-in. We had no water for half a day but issue resolved pretty quickly. I didn’t notice anything in the description about stairs when booking, we found the 3 small flights of stairs challenging. '

'This property has an excellent location directly on the St. Lawrence River. Our room had a partial river view, as did the breakfast room. There is also a boardwalk that can be used by all guests. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast included homemade muffins, as well as a range of hot and cold items. '

'We stayed here from Friday to Monday while attending a nearby competition. Everything was walking distance (restaurants, park, grocery store, pharmacy, theatre). The host made sure we had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with snacks, breakfast items, coffee/tea and water. There was even a deck on the back that we could sit on and blankets to use if we got cold. The bedroom was very clean and cozy. There was a mini fridge fully stocked with water juice yogurt milk, etc.'
