'The place was we rented looked nothing like the pictures. There was a strong smoke smell and damage throughout the unit. Called and they did change us to another place (bungalow 1) it was a little better but floors were uneven. No batteries in remotes and no place to plug in the tv. Some damage throughout it as well. I’ll never stay with them again.'

'The house is very nice and welcoming and in a convenient place to everything. It’s also in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are no locks on the bathroom doors but it’s not an issue if everyone knows beforehand not to just barge in if the door is closed.'

'This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!'

'I usually don't complain about stays. We booked an oceanfront room, but got stuck on first floor at the bar. Couldn't even see the ocean from our oceanfront room. Other visitors were complaining. Two sets of folks who have timeshares there said they have been promised hotel upgrades to no avail for several years and they said the indoor pool had been closed for a long time. No mention of that on the ad. One lady I spoke with said she had asked for toilet tissue for the bathroom at the pool for 3...
