'This is a beautiful facility. 3 stars for cleanliness for dirt or grit on the floors. A wet mop would have done wonders for the floor and the raiting. 4 stars for the staff check in was clunky for a prepaid room I should have been handed a key and been on my way but, there were way too many questions and request for a card on file that took too much time. If I want something extra, I'll buy it. Don't pester me at checkin.'
