'Very nice hotel '

'Voor een Hilton hotel is dit hotel heel slecht en vies. Kouwgum op de vloer uitgesmeerd. Vliegen bij aankomst in de kamer. Het stonk in de kamer. Vies douche gordijn het bad. Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel faciliteiten in het hotel waren dicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!! '

'De kamer was perfect. Het was wel een lange afstand naar de kamer wat onhandig was met de koffers. De gangen waren namelijk met vloerbedekking en we moesten verschillende deuren door. Het was een stille kamer. We hadden geen last van herrie. Het zwembad was prima. De kinderen hebben het de hele dag naar hun zin gehad. De andere activiteiten in het hotel moeten betaald worden. 'This establishment was wonderful! Beautiful area, quiet, relaxing. The pool and gym were amazing and the bar! The staff, the food and the atmosphere were fantastic at the bar! The only thing that was lacking goes more to the general area but we did experience it at the hotel as well. When we checked in we experienced a bit of bad customer service. 'Excellent stay ***HOW EVER*** housekeeping service needs to get retrained desperately. For a five star hotel the housekeeping team did not meet expectations. We stayed three days and a bug I killed in the shower stayed there, on the floor, in plain sight, all three days. One day we got back to our room and it looked like the bed had been barely made just the bare minimum wrinkled sheets pulled up to pillows that had not been fluffed.
