« I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

One of the nicest hotels my family and I have been in, and we travel quite a bit and usually stay in high-end hotels. Bishops Lodge is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anybody going to Santa Fe. »

« I really want to write a higher score for this property because the staff was great. The servers bartenders valet and hotel staff were all attentive and friendly- but we felt this is a 3 star property overall. The property has some decent amenities and the grounds were nicely maintained and the cleaning staff did a good job. The room had a cute fireplace- But, the issue we had was the room was dated and needs to be refreshed. Our room had a nice view of the mountains but the patio...
