'Everything at this hotel is nice - the room, the lobby, the hallways, elevators, etc. The staff is friendly and the food in the restaurant is good. This is my second stay and everything was the same as the first visit, so they are consistent.'

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
