'The shuttle from the airport is inadequately sized. 11 passengers took 3 different shuttles and a wait of greater than 30 min. We did not use the shuttle to the airport because it only runs very 30 minutes and we couldn’t risk being 30 min or an hour late. I picked the hotel for the shuttle which was a bummer.
