We waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was still other peoples hair on the walls as well as the towels that also had particles of God knows what and also hair stuck on the towels which was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping only came by once to take one of the towels, not even bothered to replace anything or add a new roll of toilet paper which was very unprofessional...
