« We very much looked forward to staying at this property. However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue.
