'Hotel is an ideal place to stay. Rhonda the host is fantastic & will do anything to assist you. The room is very clean as is the pool with parking for each room.The hotel is a little way from the town but there is a nice river walk across the road that will take you there. Also a nice pub with good food to the left of the hotel across the bridge.'

'We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. 'Montville was an adventure. If one has a mobility limitation, getting around on the steep main street can be quite challenging. This was also true of the Altitude on Montville, which is built on a steep slope. The room that is equipped for disabled access is beautiful. We'd have been very happy there, but it wasn't practical to use it because a power surge during a recent storm had killed the small lift that was needed to access the room.
