All-inclusive hotels in Noordwest San Antonio

'We were only here 2 nights hanging with friends. When we first walked into the lobby area it smelled really clean and looked really nice. Once we got off the elevator towards our room, it smelled really bad. When we opened the door to our room it was stuffy and there was a smell. There was also a roach crawling behind the tv, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pillows had stains on them. I will not be staying here again.'

'Cars were broken into and we didn’t get a notice that morning. We had to figure that out until we actually went outside. The area is not safe at all. Our sink in the bathroom looked as, if it was going to fall down. The bath tube had a few mold spots. Over all for being a branch of Hilton not worth the stay!!'

'I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I love that you get breakfast and dinner. The area is conveniently located near the freeway and the hospital.'
