'Great location, friendly staff, good service and comfortable facility. We have been staying at this hotel and same location because we love the place. Only thing is, when customers checkin, their rooms must have soap, shampoo and conditioner. We don’t like to ask for since pack in our luggage for overnight stay. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel with delicious breakfast. Thanks a lot. '

'The rooms are clean and large. The shower has hot water, which feels amazing after a day in the cold, and would comfortably fit more than one person. Nice updated fixtures, clean hallways, no weird smells. Didn't hear much outside noise at all. There is a bar in the lobby, and it was actually a great time. The best part of the stay was the staff. 'When we check in Karen went above and beyond for the customer in front of me. Then she gave us a personal welcome call. The kind of service that used to be the standard. The room was comfortable and clean and the morning staff was just as friendly and pleasant. My daughter lives in the area so we will be regular customers.'
