« Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH...

« Je n'ai rien compris à ma réservation...comment peut-on réserver 1 chambre pour 6 pers et se retrouver avec 1 de 4 pers ??? Lorsque j'ai vérifié ma réservation, effectivement, il était question de seulement 2 lits queen size ! Le propriétaire, pour que nous ne partions pas, nous a finalement proposé une chambre avec 3 lits doubles pour $5 de plus. Nous l'avons acceptée mais ce n'était pas reluisant ! Forte odeur, probablement de curry dénaturé, dans la chambre (tout comme à l'accueil...

« The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels. »
