« My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

« Wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We came in the summertime, had some AC issues, but the host was VERY prompt in making sure the issue was fixed. This place is quiet and quaint! It had everything we needed! There's a cute little restaurant just a few minutes away that is right on the river, but with a full kitchen and beautiful outdoor dining table, cooking in and enjoying the sound of the river might have been even better! I plan on coming back to enjoy this cute cabin in the woods! »

« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. « The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again. »

« My family felt at home in this new home in Trenton, GA in the Tri-State area (Alabama, Georgia, & Tennessee). First, everyone picked out their bedrooms. Then, my Dad and Daughter made a run to the grocery store to stock up on groceries. There is a full kitchen to prepare all of your own meals, which will keep you from eating poorly at restaurants. The house also has a washer and dryer if you need to wash a load of clothes while you are there. My mother and daughter loved the layout of the home....

« The place was so cute! Had everything we could possibly need and had so much attention to detail (cute robes, plenty of towels, dishes and cooking utensils, etc.). And the view from the skylight was amazing in the loft »

« Beautiful view, clean and organized. Easy drive to Chattanooga and surrounding attractions. Couple of suggestions: 1) Need to replace the only pan; it was worn and rusted 2) The inside couch is getting worn down; it creaks and the support bars can be felt thru the cushion 3) outdoor fan for the deck to just help circulate the air when there is no breeze »

« This property was an amazing New Years getaway with my fiancé and 2 of our dogs. Everything was so cute, cozy, and clean. The yurt was also stocked with everything you could possibly need which was amazing. We couldn’t get over the views! »

« We had an amazing 2 nights at this cabin. The design and decor were spot on. So many little details and extras added from the robes to the towel animals. The hot tub and view were fantastic! Only downside is we never saw bears! But the location and seclusion is amazing. Bed is comfortable! We disclose power for about an hour and half. The owner called us and check in. We were fine though and playing monopoly by the fire. »
