'This property is either new or undergoing improvements, but this did not interfere with the quality of the property or with how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless and the linens and towels are high quality. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I had one interaction with the manager (Ron) and he was very nice and answered my question. He also is present and engages with the staff and guests. Great breakfast with a very clean dining and serving area--and here...

'It's a well maintained budget motel that is in the heart of Frisco. Staff was kind and everything was great! There's no a/c but it's manageable in a mountain town and everything works well, is clean, and I'll definitely stay again! It's a good spot to rest when the priority is being outside enjoying the best that the Colorado outdoors has to offer!'
