'I was unaware that there was no AC in the room. However, a fan was provided and was ready for use inside the room. The fan helped, and the temperature dropped during the night. Other than that, the location was great, very peaceful, and the extras, such as the pool, spa, sauna, and gym, were beneficial. It was a delight to unwind on the private patio of the room we booked.'

'We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot.
