'Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like Smokey, but things are falling apart a bit. 'The host was rude and is trying to charge me for a couch she says is "destroyed" after I informed her the futon was damaged when I arrived'

'Great place to stay with a pet in Summit County. There is an additional fee for a pet but it is reasonable. Really enjoyed the tiny home, now I want to buy one...'

'Great place to stay! We went the third week of September and got to witness the Aspens already changing colors! The creeks by the house were so soothing!!'

'The property was beautiful!! It was extremely clean. The owner provided their personal cell number and responded immediately with any questions or concerns we had. We would love to stay here again in the future. The property was so relaxing and comfortable. It has so many amenities. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!'

'It was a beautiful property and a 5 minute walk to the village. We enjoyed time at the town home and exploring all that Breckenridge has to offer.'

The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pans and utensils needed to cook. There was also plenty of coffee which was...

'Stayed at thier beautiful home in Breckenridge- all 18 of us fit comfortably in the house with ample room to spare. The house was spotless when we got there, the communication was spot on, and our multigenerational trip was an overwhelming success largely because of the house!!!'

'Lovely ambiance and comfortable accommodations. 20 minute scenic drive to historic Idaho Springs area with restaurants & shopping. Would stay again!'

'Wonderful views and location for our interests! We could not have asked for a more comfortable setting for our family!'

'This property was amazing! Super spacious, 4 bed 3 bath, dog friendly, family friendly, and super close to the marina and town. The host replied quickly and accommodated an early check in. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely would rebook. Garage has been converted to a yoga studio, sauna, lifting area and that was super nice to have as well.'

'One of the best properties I stayed at. Comfy beds , well stocked, beautiful kitchen, sauna, Jacuzzi, board games..., Simply excellent!'
