'I usually am very low maintenance when it comes to accommodations, but I want to leave a review for future guests to be aware of - both good and bad. I had inadvertently booked a weekend in the winter which I was called in to work on short notice and was unable to cancel the reservation and Toni worked with me to transition my reservation to a different cabin for a different weekend in the fall at no additional charge, which was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was well stocked, clean, and very cozy and the resort had everything we needed! Great location super close to all the skiing. The host answered any questions we had very quickly.
