'I really don’t know where to begin! We had 5 adults stay for 10 days. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, comfortable, first class stay. The communication and assistance was beyond expectation! From the moment we booked - throughout our stay! Max was extraordinary & accommodating. (Note: I was not easy!) 'Wij hebben beide appartementen gehuurd voor mijn gezin en voor mijn familie. Ieder zijn eigen plekje. We hebben hier erg genoten. Elke ochtend heerlijk buiten ontbijten met elkaar wat een gezellig plekje is dat. Contact met Loredana is super goed. Heeft tips voor de omgeving en is oprecht en behulpzaam heel fijn contact met haar gehad! Dit is echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven winkels ,restaurants in de buurt , ook erg fijn! De strandjes in de buurt zo heerlijk en zo mooi wat is Sardinië...

'Gemütliches kleines Häuschen und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Strand ist nahe gelegen und zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat zwei Spielplätze gleich in der Nähe und das schöne Städtchen San Teodoro lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einheimischen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Maximilians Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Maximilian war zu jedem Zeitpunkt einwandfrei, vielen Dank dafür Max!!!'

'Wij zaten met 2 pers in het huisje (is voor 4 pers.) en dan ook erg klein. Twee persoons slaapbank (met vrij harde matras) neemt veel ruimte in, waardoor het krap wordt. Douche met douche gordijn wat tegen je aan gaat plakken met douchen. Wij hadden voor s nachts een ventilator gekocht omdat het erg warm was. Vanaf het terras geen uitzicht door de hoge heg. Let op de strenge afval scheiding op het park! Locatie is erg leuk. Op loopafstand van San Teodoro met veel lekkere restaurants en strand....

"Groot hotel met overwegend Italiaanse gasten. De eetzalen zijn heel erg rumoerig, je kan best een vaste tafel vragen op het buitenterras. Het eten op zich is zeker ok! Alleen ontbreekt er een keuze aan warme groenten. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel, wel veel muggen... Nadeel: de animatie was niet echt inspirerend en ENKEL in het Italiaans. Het zwembad is erg groot. Al bij al een goed verblijf gehad."
