'My stay here at the Scarlet Hotel was for three full nights we did have ballet service for the first 24 hours, but as I was coming and going more often, I just parked across the street which is pretty convenient if you’re resourceful I loved the open space around the hotel. They were buildings but it was an architectural marvel. I was on the higher floor so I had a better vantage point. The staff was great and very beautiful every one of them. 'If you only need the bare bare minimum, then this is your place. Cleaning service included the replacement of the towel and that was it...no dumping the trash, didn't replace the broken hair dryer, not wipe down of anything (3 night stay). The exterior was below standard, such as pealing paint, wooden stairs in disrepair and unpainted. I will drive a few more miles and pay a few extra dollars for a better stay next time.'

'This property should not be listed on Expedia. We walked in and out in one motion, could not stay there. It was an active construction zone with building materials and toilets in the hallway. Our room had the baseboards ripped out, construction debris all over the floor (clearly not even vacuumed) and had stains all over the sheets. Would not recommend.'

'The main problem was there was no hot water. When we called for assistance they fixed the problem, but only one person could shower then the water was ice cold again. This is such a basic need the customer should not have to beg for hot water. Considering we paid in my option too much for a basic room. I would not recommend this hotel.'

'The hotel was in a convenient location and had the appearance of being new or well maintained. My only complaint was that the towels were a bit small.'

'The breakfast was great, the beds were very good. The pool was cold and the hot tub looked like a bubble bath. Over all I would stay there again.'
