'Idyllische plek en leuk om wat langer te blijven. Galena is zeker de moeite waard. Wij waren op doorreis en konden daardoor niet van alle faciliteiten profiteren. Wel hadden we in mei veel last van de muggen (in het Engels ‘Gnats’).'

'I could not say if the air conditioner was cold because we stayed when the weather was really cold but the heater worked very well and when I stayed there this past summer the air conditioning worked very well room was clean got fresh towels the days we stayed there staff was very friendly they did give a free breakfast which was fine for a fast breakfast like waffles cereal beagles pastrys yogurt coffee orange juice apple juice all in all I would recommend staying here the price for the rooms...

'Greeted upon arrival and given tour and history of property. Short time later provided cheese tray and choice of wine on screened in porch with the other guests, followed by fresh baked cookies. Very enjoyable. Short walk to the downtown area for all the dining and shopping areas, great location. Room was very clean and in good condition. Slept very well on the bed. We will stay here again on another Galena visit. '
