'スタンダードルームを予約したはずがコンパクトルームでした。 部屋はとても狭くソファは座席部分がすぐに外れてしまい座りにくく、お風呂はカビ汚れが目立ちましたが価格も安いから仕方ないのかなと。 スタッフの方はとても親切でした。'

'Alles was perfect '

'大変お世話になりました。'

'Very spacious room with a huge bathroom and tub, we got the king size bed. Even a slot machine in the room which was funny. As for stuff around the hotel, not much besides a 7-11. Otherwise good place to stay for our short trip.'

'Great place to stay in Osaka. A quiet neighborhood that lets you get a feel for local life while still being close to everything the city has to offer. The host here is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the city!'

'Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them.'

'イオンが近くて便利'

'The home was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was well labeled so it was easy to understand access to every amenity. The staff was friendly and informative. They assisted me during a medical emergency. Thank you for your kindness.'

'Prachtig hotel, hoogste hotel in Osaka met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze hotelkamer. Service was fantastisch, kamers waren ruim, modern en heel comfortabel'

'The hotel is in a great location to the cool/crazy busy shopping areas of Shensakai and Dontobori. You are also close to 2 malls that have a lot of restaurant options. We had a “compact” room (would be annoying after more than a few nights). Breakfast was nice and all of the hotel staff were friendly and kind. Bed is comfortable but has an odd style of pillow - very hard!! I think it helps keep your neck aligned so was thrilled to not have any neck pain.'
