'The property itself is very nice. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area that’s isolated and difficult to get in and out of. Within this area there are restaurants and beach clubs which aren’t included, and everything is so much more expensive than regular prices in Bali. But they can charge more cuz you don’t have access to anything else. The Expedia ad makes it seem like the beach club utopia and all is included, but the only thing it includes is the entrance. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen.
