« This cabin was great! There were seven of us that stayed there with plenty of room! We loved the location of the hotel because we were a quick drive away from Homer! The pictures do not do this place justice!! Highly recommend! »

« I have been going to Anchor River for many years and welcome Angry Salmon Restaurant which has recently opened in the old location of the famous Anchor River Inn. They have also opened and remodeled the motel units across the street. So if you need comfortable accommodation near the River and Homer for a very reasonable price. Check out this place. Also, try the excellent meals at the best Restaurant in the area. »

« We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. »

« The cabin was really cute and verry cozy, could not recommend this place enough! While we stayed at the cabin it had snowed a considerable amount overnight. The next day while leaving my girlfriend had taken the wrong turn and got stuck about 1.5miles down the road. Me not having any means to remedy the situation I made a hail marry call to the property owner at 8am to see if he could help. Sure enough he immediately came to the rescue with a bobcat and chains. I didn't expect him to even pick...
