'I found a cockroach in my bathroom'

'5 stars; highly recommend Absolutely ideal for my husband and me! We agreed stay there again when in the Ft. Belvoir area, and we'll use when traveling elsewhere. Staff was noticeably more kind, polite, & helpful than other places. Breakfast was by far better with a broader than anywhere else!'

'We had to move our room 3 times because the air conditioners did not work. Couldn’t take a shower because we never got hot water even though we let it run for 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Good parking'

'This hotel is falling apart. I find it unfair that management have a great team doing their best but yet they are working on a broken hotel, where the elevators are dysfunctional, the main door handles to the building are broken, and the room keys get demagnetized all the time. I was there for 4 day, each they my hotel room keys would stop working and each day, I had to get them reset by the front-desk. Management, your employees are doing their job but you are not. Please fix what needs to...

'Nice, clean room with all the comfort needed in a small space'

'Bed was very uncomfortable, old and flat. The bed springs were old that the right side of the bed would tilt. Walls are thin- could hear next door guests and the one above. Bathroom was outdated with visible mold around the caulking inside the shower. And there’s no continental breakfast. You have to pay out of pocket.'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Mooie propere kamers. Ontbijt om u tegen te zeggen. Vriendelijke medewerkers. '

'Gewoon een goed zaken hotel '

'Mooi groot statig gebouw. Hele mooie inrichting. Goed hotel met ruime en schone kamers. Vriendelijk en deftig personeel. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.'

'Nice and very well located place. We enjoyed our stay there. Better breakfast options would not hurt but anyway loved the place'

'Ruime comfortabele kamers kamers op loopafstand van the Washington mall'
