'The purpose of this review is not to simply disparage the property, but to help improve it in the future. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kettle in my room was used and full of water, and the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom. The only positive was that the sheets were clean. In addition, the parking issue was a nightmare; the staff gave no instructions on parking until I asked them about it, and they told me that I have to pay and reserve for a parking space. 'Lovely hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, has a bath-tub. Great location along the high street. Has a Greggs, Four Seasons Chinese restaurant, Subway etc nearby. Very safe and secure area.'

'Een prima hotel op een steenworp afstand van het station en slechts enkele minuten lopen naar het centrum. De kamer was ruim, evenals de badkamer. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntjes: geen lift en een erg smalle trap. De elektriciteit was erg langzaam (dit gingen ze uitzoeken) en de WiFi viel regelmatig weg. Maar absoluut een aanrader. Mocht ik weer eens naar Oxford gaan, zal ik zeker weer kiezen voor dit hotel.'
