Blokhutten in New Waverly

'Nice spot to get away with the family. No issues at all and will not mind coming back.'

'The cabin itself is very nice. Walk to the lake is more like 15 minutes rather than the 3 that’s advertised but not a huge deal. The opening at the lake at the end of the trail is very small, and heavily brushed in so you can’t see much of the lake. The beds in the cabin were pretty bad, with the advertised pull out couch not having an actual pull out mattress on it, but rather a 3” foam mattress topper instead. 'Wonderful hosts and great experience. Enjoyed being in an outdoor environment yet close to town.'

'They were flexible about our later arrival after a minor travel snafu and cell phone text messages being uncooperative. It's a lovely off-the-beaten-path location and totally perfect for the Ren Faire crowd, too!'

'Clean place , nice area .'

'Está todo muy bien. Es un buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana con tu pareja.'

'Cutest goats and chickens ever very clean and relaxing, owners are very easy to get ahold of and respond quickly.'

'Really loved this cabin. Its location directly at the lake with a front sandy “beach” is beautiful and very convenient. A really quite gem, exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Kevin for your fast, accurate and supportive communication. We had a wonderful time. Already planning the second visit. Thank you!!'

'They had just moved the cabin and had sewer gas coming out of the pipes, dead bugs all over the stove and kitchen. A hole in the floor. Rude neighbors that blasted music into early morning hours. No dumpster to dispose of trash. Furniture was in poor shape and the bed was like sleeping on a bolder. There was mold on in the ceiling in the bathroom. We couldn’t come and go as we wanted without someone staring and watching us or asking what we were doing there. Absolutely horrible experience and I...
