Beach holiday vacation

  • Mooi huis aan het strand, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand van Flagler. Slechts een blok achter de restaurants en winkels op Flagler Ave. U kunt vanuit ons huis alle nachtvlekken bereiken. Dit onlangs gerenoveerde uitje is ideaal voor gezinsvakanties. Twee slaapkamers, geschikt voor maximaal acht gasten. Master wordt geleverd met een queensize bed met een eigen badkamer met een bad en dubbele wastafels. Tweede slaapkamer heeft twee sets van drie stapelbedden en is geschikt voor zes. Kinderen zullen het gevoel hebben dat ze op een boot liggen te slapen! Beide kamers hebben een flatscreen HDTV's en kabeltelevisie. Thuis is bekabeld met Wifi, en heeft een 65 "LG HDTV in de woonkamer.
    We hebben een prachtige roestvrij en granieten keuken met ingebouwde ontbijtbar en een minibar met mini-bar, die plaats biedt aan vier personen. Op maat gemaakte eettafel biedt plaats aan zes comfortabel. Wikkel rond afgeschermd in patio aan de voorkant en zijkanten van het huis met terras. Outback de tuin is omheind (langs de voorkant is poort met haag) voor huisdieren en kinderen om te spelen. Achtertuin-functies zijn een volledig afgesloten buitendouche, met warm en koud uit een 9-meter hoge surfplank en regendouche. Zithoek buiten op het houten terras biedt plaats aan zes personen, met fontein en propaan vuurplaats voor die rustige avonden thuis.
    Wij leveren papieren producten, beddengoed, handdoeken, barbecue grille, volledig ingericht. U kunt gebruik maken van onze surfplanken en SUP (opsta paddle board) geleverd bij u thuis. We hebben 2 andere vakantiewoningen 2B, 2B dorpshuis en condo in New Smyrna Beach, die 's nachts te huur zijn, (2' s nachts min.). Dit is een geweldige vakantiewoning voor de prijs van een hotelkamer, maar u kunt er de hele familie bij passen. Moet ten minste 30 jaar oud zijn om onze eigendommen te huren.

This was a fabulous place to rent. The home was very clean. It was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Donna was great and communicated quickly It is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard.

Excellent location! Walking distance to beach and shopping/restaurants on Flagler Blvd. Comfortable bed. Great big bathtub in the master bathroom with a convertible shower head! Guest bathroom had a wonderful rainfall shower. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Fantastic place, super close Flagler Ave

Such a great place, fully appointed with all we could have needed. The whole place has been updated and really has a great beach vibe. Very comfortable. Walking distance to everything on Flagler Ave and the beach access there. Highly recommend staying if you're looking for a place in NSB.

Fantastic.

As retured snowbirds, we spent 30 days here. Our first time in NSB, won’t be our last. The house was perfect. Spacious for us. Location was IDEAL. We had one guest for a few days and another couple for a few other days. The bunk beds were not ideal for our age group, but they were certainly manageable. House and location would be great for any age group. I was nervous about being so close to the business area, but that was not an issue and added to the attraction of the location for us. Parking was tight for us, but that was on us, we were traveling with a truck and trailer with 2 motorcycles. (That was our own problem!)

The home made our visit to NSB perfect

Our family of 5 found everything we needed at this home. The location was close to the main strip, but not noisy, and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels/toiletries for the bathrooms. We used the backyard space and screened in porch a lot. The owner replied within 5 minutes to my only inquiry and checkin/checkout was effortless. We didn’t want to leave. It was a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed for the week here and could ask for better accommodations. The place was very clean, the owners were very responsive, and the location was ideal. The bonus is the water pressure was amazing. Great showers!

Overall a great place to stay

Location was awesome, near Flagler with lots of shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. Updates to the house are excellent. Highly recommend!

SO CONVENIENT!!!!

Quiet yet so close to the activities on Flagler Avenue! You CANNOT beat the location of this property. Clean and bright! Owner is very responsive. Just a delightful place. This property will not disappoint.

We had a perfect vacation! We were footsteps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping! This is a well equipped rental! Our furry child loved the fenced in yard and screened porch. We're discussing dates for next year!

NSB home away from home

Lovely home so close to everything! 1/2 block from Flagler Ave with shops, restaurants, and nightlife. 1 block to the sandy shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean. This home has everything for the beach, bike ride, kayak, surf board, or paddle board. Evenings are relaxing at the outdoor fireplace. Very comfortable interior furnishings. So happy the owners are cool about having dogs stay!

Excellent Accommodations and Convenience

This is an excellent property and place to stay. The house is very clean and updated. The convenience of its location (1 block to Flagler and the beach) combined with the ability to use their beach accessories, i.e. surfboards, bikes, etc. made for an exceptional stay. We highly recommend it!

Very nicely appointed bungalo. Had everything

Rather than staying directly on the water, we thought we would stay near Flagler, and get an idea of what being "in town" was like. It was a great choice! A quick walk to the beach and town both. We enjoyed the quiet when we chose, and then enjoyed being able to listen to a live band just a block away. Lots of fun. The unit itself had a nicely appointed kitchen with what you would need for cooking. The bed and baths were comfortable and updated. Thumbs up!

Easy, breezy

Quaint home on the beachside of town. Comfortably furnished inside and outside, feels like home. Easy walk to the beach and everything in town. Nice backyard with plenty of room for our dogs to play, and only a golf cart ride away to the dog beach! Very clean and well maintained. Kind and friendly owner.

Spring Break 2018!

We really enjoyed our stay at thia property. It is located one street south of shops and restaurants in downtown New Smyrna. We had a couple of rainy days during our stay, so that worked out nicely. Also, it is helpful that there is public parking just down the street. I would recommend renting this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
