Gorgeous 3-bedroom canal waterfront house

On the Gulf so bring your boat! This beautiful 3-bedroom canal waterfront house is perfect for your escape to the Tampa Bay area. With the boat launch only a few hundred feet away, you can tie your boat to the floating dock and park your trailer in our driveway. Boating is absolutely beautiful with the waters of the open Gulf only a few minutes away by boat. The distance on our canal is only half a mile long before you enter the Gulf. This is truly a boaters' paradise but you can also do plenty of jet skiing, fishing, kayaking or stand-up water board paddling.

The house itself is beautifully decorated. Inside, guests find a wonderful mix of comfort and convenience with 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and a sofa bed is in the third bedroom / office to accommodate everyone. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this adorable home invites guests to unwind and enjoy their time. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous sunroom where the dining room and bar are, with water views throughout. There are 3 large smart TV's and outside in the lanai is a smaller TV. Also, a hot tub is available along with a fire pit for the chilly winter nights.

The private beach is only a mile away. The policy there can be finicky but if you bring our golf cart with appropriate license plate they should let you pass. We can't guarantee that because they change policies all the time. New Port Richey has endless nightlife and bars and restaurants. Touristic Tarpon Springs only a few minutes by car. For those who fly to Tampa there are two airports available to fly into: Clearwater (PIE) and Tampa (TPA). The Disney attractions in Orlando are only an hour and twenty minutes worth of driving. Clearwater beach is 35 minutes away.
