'This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.'

'This is the second property I rent from Nina, as I have been in and out of construction on my home for a year. Their places, including this one; are clean, look 100% like the pictures and have all the items in the condo's I would need at home. one block from main street, but still a very quiet area. Thank you again!!'

'The property is dated. Had 2 bathrooms but the toilet in the Master BR did not work. The vanity tops were cracked and are old. The toilets seats need replacing. The kitchen was missing a few things needed to cook. Very average property.'

'This apparently is a new listing and they have a lot to learn. Communication was awful. We were trying to get check in instructions and called the phone number listed on the VRBO site. The man who answered was belligerent. We ended upuleaving '
