Gorgeous 3 bed 3 bath home

  • Prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang, mooi resort achtige setting. Dit huis heeft 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een grote keuken. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen flatscreen t. v .living kamer heeft 55inch flatscreen t. v. Kabel-tv inclusief draadloos internet inbegrepen. U zult genieten van de achtertuin als het heeft een prachtig verwarmd zwembad met veel zwembadplanken voor zonnebaden en een mini-zandbak voor de kinderen. De werf biedt ook onderdak aan een tiki-hut met bbq-grill en een 40ft-dok waar je vanaf kunt vissen. Toegang tot boot, kajak en jetski verhuur beschikbaar op slechts enkele minuten van het huis. Het is slechts een 12 minuten durende boottocht naar anclote eiland en de zand bar. U kunt genieten van tal van voorzieningen en familieplezier, want het is slechts 25 minuten naar Clearwater Beach, 30 minuten naar Tampa, 60 minuten naar Disney, 15 minuten naar het zuiden naar de Griekse sponsdocks, 35 minuten naar bushtuinen, 35 minuten naar Weeki Wachee zeemeerminshow . Met het huis gunstig gelegen is er altijd wel iets te doen!

A beautiful home with an amazing outdoor space. The house was spotless and has everything you need! We had dolphins and manatees at the dock, its also a great spot for fishing!Marc was always available for any questions, thank you again we really had a great time!

Everything was great! Plenty to enjoy without leaving the home! Dolphins right at the dock, heated pool with loungers, and a great tiki hut to hide from the sun or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, while watching the water. Bed were comfy, lots of clean plush towels, equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Garage parking was convenient and easy. Marc the owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Comfortable relaxation

The pool and water view were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the host was super easy to get a hold of. I hated to leave, it was a great experience.

Another great stay at this house!

This is the second time we've rented this house and it was just as good as the first time! Location is close to lots of fun things to do and it's just as enjoyable staying home and relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view!

Tropical home

Beautiful clean house with outstanding views. The owner was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Rental

The house was absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect location near a main canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico . There was ample seating for guests on the patio, in addition to a tiki bar.

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. The home is just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the views, the pool area, and the location on the canal system. This rental home is well stocked and maintained. The Gulf Harbor neighborhood is very nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location for scalloping

This was a great location for our scalloping adventure. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The only draw back was the dock which hopefully will be fixed soon For others to enjoy

Multigenerational family vacation

This home is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable (beds were amazing). Tons of kitchen stuff and the pool was perfect. Fishing off the private dock was a fun activity. It is a quiet neighborhood near everything. A great home base for shopping, the beach and downtown Tampa. We enjoyed the property and our time in Florida immensely.

Outdoor oasis

This property has the ideal outdoor setup! The sandpit was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. The dock was brand new and perfect for our rental boat as well as fishing. The owner was wonderful about answering any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Welcomed relaxation

Do not believe the bad reviews!! This property is in great condition. Lovely home and grounds. New Tiki Bar, Dock and everything up to date. The pool was glorious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and canal with all the wildlife visiting.

The property met and exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house had enough space to accommodate a family without feeling crowded. The owner provided amenities needed to make a memorable experience. The views from the backyard of the house were amazing as you watched a parade of boats all day long. We even saw two dolphins swim by the dock of the house.

Wonderful Time

We split the difference between Tampa and Crystal River by staying here. It was relaxing. The house, pool, and outside were all very clean. Great views of the water and wildlife on the little canal. We saw opossum, manatee, eagles, cranes, dolphins, and all other sorts of birds and creatures from the dock and pool. It was quite and just a really nice place to spend time with family. The owner was very responsive. Great property for a peaceful getaway.
