This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

We’re a family of five (older kids - small kids would suffer) so the quarters were tight, especially with one bathroom but the point of the place is to have a place to sleep in a city with plenty to do. I wouldn’t call this a luxury apartment as there were many missing finishing touches (there were still factory stickers on the kitchen window, the microwave is too small for its space, the bathroom mirror/light combo is…an interesting choice) and there isn’t really much “flop room” in a common space, but if you’re there with a couple of friends to have some fun in a cool part of town - this place would be great. Grocery store, restaurants and bars all within walking distance and a short drive from a slightly more populated part of Uptown. Might want to take a look at the deadbolt on the front door. It could use some attention. That being said, we never felt unsafe or grossed out by anything. Spend a couple days in that back yard and it could be a great space! Quick drive to downtown/French Quarter too. We were glad to be out of that hustle and bustle at the beginning and end of the day but still a quick 15 minutes away.

Loved this house! Beds were comfortable lots of space for the kids to play and nice backyard to hangout. We will be staying here again when returning to New Orleans!

Great experience

The owner made sure we had a great experience from check in to check out. It is a busy street, but a good location. Very close go the Quarter. Would definitely stay again!

This was a nice place to stay. I traveled with 2 other ladies and we felt safe and at home. We did have an issue with the neighbor one night but the management team took care of it right away and it was 10:15 at night. Very responsive and very cordial! We were not used to the shotgun home, where rooms are not private but they had sound machines and other extra amenities to help make everything very doable and homey! Thank you for a great weekend away from home!

Nice low-key spot.
