'Excellent Hotel'

'Convenient to the attractions I wanted to visit. The most helpful hosts I've experienced for quite some time, who went overboard to ensure we settled in easily and attended unobtrusively to all of our needs. Would be honoured to have them as guests in our home.'

However, it is far from being 'Elite' as it's name implies, with poor staff support who don't appear to live on site and glaring evidence of a lack of maintenance and thorough cleaning. A continental breakfast is available which could be improved with little effort by providing eg yoghurt and a better brand of coffee. The rooms are good with a spanky looking bathroom and easy to use appliances. The bed is comfortable especially if you like a very firm mattress. Aircon heating was very quiet but also very efficient. Staff was helpful with good advise and ready to provide some overlooked items.'
