House was clean and well organized. The only thing that needs some attention is the pool. It’s was milky and had quite a few leaves and dead bugs. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time staying at Edgewater! Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the river or hanging back by the pool.

A few things needed addressing the stove top was not working correctly. We had to disengage the smoke alarms. The door by the pool has a very difficult lock to work, and there were a parade of ants back behind the stove top.

The property was great for us. We enjoyed the convenience of the location. The house was laid out nicely to allow room for everyone. The children lived being able to get outdoors. The kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub and pool were beautiful.

Great River property!

Wonderful vacation with peaceful comfortable and easy access location! House was perfect for a family of 4 and even more. Hot tub was a perfect end to the night and the dock on the river was so amazing for fishing and just hanging out! Easy access into town and so quiet at night! Will come back again for sure!

Great house and location

The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better and the pool/hot tub were amazing after a day on the river. It does have an induction stove which is tricky if you’re not used to it but the grill was great. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful Property!

Beautiful home and beautiful views. The layout was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms plus a gameroom with a kitchenette upstairs and a large master suite down. The location was great being centrally located to both Schlitterbaun and the Comal River.We had a wonderful time and hope to return. I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed Edgewater Escape for my 50th bday weekend - lots of space, great kitchen, comfy beds - and our tween/teen kiddos enjoyed the upstairs as their own - we loved the hot tub - it was a quick weekend that was jam packed with fun family time - great house!

Bachelorette Weekend on the Guadalupe River

The Edgewater Escape is a gorgeous setting overlooking the Guadalupe River! There are many balconies and large windows allowing guests to soak in the relaxation. The private pool and hot tub are the finishing touches for a great getaway. We had a lovely girls’ trip, thank you!

This was a great house for a girlfriend’s getaway/reunion! We found all we needed for cooking (but bring your own foil & storage bags). Coffee pots on both floors were a plus and the beds were comfy. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for us to gather and visit with a beautiful view of the river.

Everyone had a great time. Facilities were great. Lots of room. River is great. Access to upstairs via spiral staircase not super kid /elderly friendly.
