Stairs in the unit are a bit steep, and there's two sets of staircases from the garage to the unit and from the main floor to the bedrooms, so if stairs are any issue, may not be the right location. 'Island Paradise might not be as fancy as some other resorts but it’s got everything you need plus lovely views and it’s perfectly situated in Frigate Bay. The condo we stayed in has been recently renovated and was in superb condition throughout. Joy was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any issues we had. Highly recommended.'

'We found our rental a good value. The location is not beach front as the photo implies. It is a 3 minute walk to the unit from the beach. The beach is flat, sand good, beach chairs nice and no reason to rush out and reserve one. Rent a small SUV to get around. Barefoot next door and Indian Summer has good food to walk to. The restaurant there has good pizza but were not impressed with anything else they served.'

'A wonderful relaxing holiday in the beautiful apartment at the Hamilton Beach. The resort was beautiful and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The apartment was fully furnished with a great kitchen, amazing fridge/freezer and washing and drying facilities which meant all our clothes were clean to take home. The pool is wonderful for a dip in the morning and as i like flowers the surrounding gardens were a joy to look at. 'The property was very comfortable and easy to maintain. I had no problems with mosquitos or any other insects. The safety of the property was very good. I was helped by the manager Phyllis who was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this property.'

'We spent 3 weeks at Nevis Palm. Loved the house and pool. Easy stroll down to the beach. The hosts were very attentive to all of our needs. Nevis has maintained its Carribean authenticity. It has great beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and most of all friendly people. We will back next year for sure.'

'Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel. You might even see Monkeys visit the garden. Communicating with the host revealed that we can even get food delivered… just bring some mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside in the evening'
