'Came to Oualie Beach Resort for a quick 2-days of diving off Nevis Island - great location! Super convenient with the Dive Shop right on property. Unique experience We would hope to come back for a longer stay and explore Nevis a bit more.'

'The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend'

'This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking outside the rooms. There is no buffet breakfast, and unfortunately the breakfast options are quiet expensive (approx US$70 for two people, which is a bit excessive for a simple breakfast). 'Overall our stay at the property and in the Lighthouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was very quiet so it was like having a private beach. The Lighthouse is small and quaint as described with amazing views. Having the Chrishi Beach Club (restaurant) on site was very convenient. 'The view is heavenly. Wish I'd been advised a car was needed ---- NOTHING other than other houses within walking distance. Could be an amazing property, but needs maintenance/attention. Apollo was helpful and concerned. Kitchen supplies minimal (i.e. two only of utensils!) Would consider a return, but would need a good grocery shop first....'

'The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.'
