Come and stay in our large modern suite in the heart of Nevada City Historical District steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This large beautiful apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free.

We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please remember to check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.

You`ll love this industrial modern Studio apartment sleeps 2-3. With a loft-style large open floor plan, huge chef`s kitchen with massive island and counter seating for 8 there’s plenty of room to spread out and relax. The cushy living room space has a large screen TV and leather sectional. The cook`s kitchen has a granite island which seats 8, all high-end KitchenAide appliances and laundry in unit.

Please note the location in the description as we are in town and very close to the business district. As such you may experience some light noise in the early evening.

NEED MORE SPACE? This space has the option of adjoining with a studio suite on the same level to create a full 2BR apartment if you are traveling with friends or family. Inquire as to the possibility of renting the combination. Great for a family gathering or friends weekend.

This is a large private apartment with 2 free on site parking spaces. Private secure entrance with keyless security on exterior door and lockbox for your private unit.

We are located in Central Downtown Nevada City. Among the most interesting of California Gold Rush towns, Nevada City attracts visitors from far and wide. The entire downtown district is a national historic landmark where guests enjoy quality restaurants, wine tasting, and a variety of fine shops, boutiques, galleries and museums, all flavored with old-fashioned Nevada City hospitality.

Close to Tribute Trail for hiking and live concerts and theater venues, year round. In addition, Nevada City Chamber offers events throughout the year, including Mardis Gras, Presidents Day, Veterans Day, sidewalk sales, and Art Walks. Saturday mornings host a fabulous Farmer`s market with local produce, artwork and goods from local artisans. There are gold mines in Grass Valley and the Yuba River for all kinds of recreational activities.

Nevada City is a very walkable town. Just outside your door are first class restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, night clubs, and entertainment venues. There is free & private parking onsite so you will never have to move your car unless you want to explore other parts of Nevada County. Grass Valley is just 5 minutes away and there is myriad hiking trails, rivers, streams, and lakes to discover within a short walk or drive.
There are 2 Airbnb units on the lower level that are adjoined by an internal door off your kitchen. As such please be mindful of noise and courteous of your neighbor, especially after 10 PM. The door is substantial however, we have reports that you may hear your neighbor at times.
There is a shared space outside with access off the parking area. A lovely sitting area with a waterfall to the left of the building.
If traveling with a dog we ask that you please do not leave your pet unattended or please keep them in a crate when away from the unit.
