The villa has three levels. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. One with a view of the lake and one with a view of the forest. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The highlight is the open kitchen with c#ooking island and dining table for 8 people on approx. 50 square meters.

There are two further double bedrooms on the top floor, one with a view of the lake and the other with a view of the forest. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin.
