'House is beautiful and well-equipped, right on the beach with huge windows throughout. Lots of parking and quiet neighborhood.Our only negatives were the owner's policies requiring renters insurance, a signed contract, and checkout at 10AM sharp with requirements to strip the beds, empty all trash and run the dishwasher (with a text at 10AM reporting the cleaning lady was already there when we weren't out). They report they will modify their policies in the future...'

'This property was perfect for our group of 9, ages 18-80. The weather was spotty, but we had a great time watching movies, playing cards and games, sitting in the hot tub and walking on the beach. We did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen was set up well enough to meet our group's needs. The ocean access and view really cannot be beat! 'The house was spotless and there is lots of room to move about. Built on piers the scene from the house is a great view of the river--Can't get any closer without going into the river. All the furnished equipment worked perfectly and the master bedroom shower is the best I have ever had. Only problem was we didn't know how to use the espresso coffee machine. Next visit we will learn. And there will be a next visit.'

'There were five of us, one 5 year old and 4 adults. The house was nice. It's located up a steep hill on a winding one lane road. Lots of privacy. It was family friendly. The view is spectacular. One room smelled very moldy/ mildewy for a day then we aired it out real well and then it was fine. The TV and DVD player didn't work for 3 of the four days of our stay. It was worth the small issues that we had.'
