I am handicapped and when I arrived I was told the room on the first floor wasn't ready yet and it would be a bit, so I waited. I went to check in and the next person put me upstairs and the neighbors next door were so loud! I even called the front desk for a noise complaint, but it didn't phase them. I'm pretty certain they're dealing drugs out of that room. People would knock and be in there for 2-4 minutes and leave. I found fleas and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Housekeeping keeping never came by in the 3 days I was here. The floor is super dirty and the night tables haven't been scrubbed. Spilled drippings on it to the floor. Laundry room was messy in the main lobby. This room doesn't have a dresser in it yet it's an efficiency, and no pots and pans either. Some of it doesn't make sense. Also, the walkway up here is super slick as it's coated with some kind of slick coating. This area gets heavy snow and ice, so that will be interesting. And, the edge to the staircase has a ridge where you can easily fall - especially if you're handicapped. The smoke detector in this room needs replaced. The batteries are dead. No fire extinguisher in here with a stove on the second floor. It's very noisy in general in this area as well as it's in an industrial area, and smells awful on certain days. The breakfast juice machine doesn't work other than lemonade. In general, things need to be way clearer than they are. Walls and shower curtains shouldn't have bodily fluids on them.
