'truly the best hotel experience of my life! this place is SO clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. stayed here for one night and wish i could’ve stayed longer. it was a huge room with everything you need and more. you can tell they are so detail oriented - the bathroom had a vanity kit (thread and nail file), slippers, a dyson airwrap, a loofah, and of course all the standard essentials. they did get me with the mini bar water because i forgot they have fruit water available downstairs but...

'My partner and I booked this hotel for a last minute trip to the Arlington Heights area. We usually have great experiences at Comfort Inn but this visit was disappointing for a variety of reasons. 'Extremely comfortable king size bed - often overslept! Extremely comfortable A/C - never had to adjust anything. Parking near my ground floor room was very convenient. However, there was no freezer in the fridge and the only microwave available was in the food purchase room upfront.'

'Never got checked in they lost and never refunded our pre paid booking some two days fighting over the principal of the non stay be chase they never even checked us in. Worst costumer service not with the hassle for the small amount of value. You get what you pay for and we paid and still got nothing!'
