'This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. On our first night, the fire alarms went off around midnight and continued for nearly an hour. Not once did we receive any communication or even a basic apology from the hotel, which was extremely disappointing. There were also several maintenance issues in our room. 'Only 1 restaurant on property and it is half outside including only a few chairs at the bar where you get wet if it rains. Lots of roosters and cats and cockroches outside.'

'Definitely one of the less expensive places on Kauai, you get what you pay for. Our anniversary stay followed a memorial for a friend in Oahu. So we were looking forward to some down time. Apple was at the front desk when we arrived. Super nice, very informative etc. Most front sesk staff super nice. The grounds are beautiful. 'Stay was lovely. Room was clean and staff made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The resort is small, but it is right on the beach which is great for morning walks or bike rides. You can check out bikes from the hotel that is included in the resort amenities. The pool is heated at night and the hot tub is very relaxing with the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. We would definitely be returning. '

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'
