'My visit to Shagri-La in June 2025 was my first visit to Fiji & my first resort experience. And it was a delight. As I am sure is the same at every Fiji resort, the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & hard working. The facilities were great - not state of the art & brand spanking new - but as advertised and equivalent to the rates paid. Highly recommend to stay at adults only end to anyone travelling w/o children given the access to the quiet pool, the reef, & away from the noise & family...

'Serenity Island is beautiful and the snorkeling around the island was amazing! The staff at Serenity were wonderful and treated us like family! We enjoyed their beautiful singing everyday and the meals were delicious! We loved our ocean front Burre! Note for management purchasing more complete paddle boards with fins & paddles, and kayaks & paddles and snorkel gear to allow for more guests to enjoy the water sports would make experience even better.'

'Incredible property! There is nothing you can't do on site. We loved the daily breakfast, made the most of the spa and gym facilities. The pools were incredible and the staff helped us book a day trip to beach comber Island. We had the best girls trip and would stay here again and again. '

'Hotel is 3Star, not4. Room is good and lot of space. Breakfast is poor: no bacon; no ham on your sandwich. Coffee sometimes not warm and juice not fresh. Pool on 9th floor is good. People are all friendly'

'There were adult areas so plenty of quiet spaces amongst the many families. We thoroughly enjoyed our childless time in the many quiet spaces especially the pool and bar for adults only. Food was good and staff were fantastic '

'Heel relaxt om met shuttle service van vliegveld te worden opgepikt.hotel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was erg warm dus de pool was een verademing. Dinner s'avonds was a la carte en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Al met al gied verblijf.'

'The most amazing friendly welcoming staff. The resort is located right on the beach and you have fish swimming past you as you swim at their swim area at the jetty. Restaurant had a wide range on offer so every night was something different and the food was excellent. We stayed in the Grand Naramu Villa. Bed I slept in was super comfy. Furnishings were a bit tired in the villa but the beach front location and private pool made up for it. Would definitely stay again. 10/10!!'
