'We stayed for one week in a lovely and big room. The hotel is close to the old city. The staff was very friendly and arranges everything you want. Speaks also good english, whats was very helpfull as we didnt speak any spanish. '

'As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . Thank you to all. '

'Very nice boutique hotel. I had no problem with check-in and staff was respectful. The room was very clean and the fridge came stocked with water and local beer. The cleaning staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area that is walkable with many restaurants, convenience stores and a couple minutes walk to the beach. '

'Only complaint I got is that the first room they gave me smelt like mold and the pillow cases and towels seem very old and stained. They should really invest in buying new ones. Other than that everything was good. I would consider staying there again.'

"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment. The rest (room, breakfast, service, pool) was perfect!"
