'I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. 'A nota seria quase a máxima se não fosse: Só a rede wi-fi do Térreo que estava funcionando, como estávamos no 4º andar sofremos muito para usar, mesmo falando para vários funcionários não resolveram até nosso check out (ficamos 2 dias).
