'I’ve stayed at the Seaway Inn off and on for more than 30 years. It’s a beautiful, updated smaller property that is near the Santa Cruz Pier and Boardwalk. It’s had different owners over the years and has been updated. The beds, and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and very quiet. You don’t really hear the street noise but can hear the waves from the ocean. Our king room offered a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating....

'Victorian appearance, maar dan alsof het gisteren perfect gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd is. Kleinschalig hotel / B&B; mooie kamer (mag wat ruimer) met goede voorzieningen en wat extra's zoals een "open haard"; Vriendelijk personeel; perfect ontbijt.'

'Excellent location - walk to restaurants in DT and to the beach (Wharf and Boardwalk). Helpful staff when present - they leave for the day at 4:30 and when we left at 8am the reception person was not there yet so the reception desk hours are very limited but very nice when they are there. Parking was not good - they have reserved parking spots in a lot on the corner of the block the inn is on but the spots are compact spots, so when gusts have mini vans and trucks, not all the spots are usable...

'The staff was great. Property well maintained and location was awesome! My only complaint is that the room was listed as newly renovated and I didn’t see any kind of renovation. In fact the barn style bathroom door was chipped and kept getting stuck, the shower stall floor was dirty and the track moldy. The fridge cabinet didn’t close properly and was squeaky, the floor was dirty. And lastly the TV only had one channel that played “Little House on the Prairie” on repeat. That stuff was not...

'Good for one or two night; one light switch to power all the lights and power outlets, so charging don’t work when you out the lights out. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Private parking, clean room, noisy bed. All good for this price.'

' The room was too small and too noisy. Our bed was shaking while two guests in the room above us we're getting busy with it and we heard them talking and moaning. You can hear every footstep. There was no airco, which we knew but the fan made too much noise. We opened the windows but were getting at stung by mosquitos. For the price we've paid we expect more. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am, which was late for us. No lift in building and front desk not always open. Plus side is, location...
