Hôtel près de Musée National Memorial for the Unborn (Chattanooga)

« First time at an Element and see that it is competing with Hilton Home2 Suites, which I really like. I’m a fan of Marriot properties and will look for Element locations as I travel. »

« When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe. »

« The property and hotel staff were great, breakfast was rough, out of cups, plates, coffee was cold, food staff was slow to refill anything on most days! Other than that everything was fine! »

« We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the reasons we chose it was that it allows pets, which was very convenient for us. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the front desk computer was not working properly at first. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and got everything sorted out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again in the future. »

« Sparkling clean room, large great shower, convenient location. Our check in guy looked rumpled and was without a nametag. No hand soap in our bathroom so when I called guest services I was told I could come down to the front desk to get it. So, not the best service. »

« Nice room, nice location but lost power and couldn’t get ahold of front desk. While calling I was routed to a call center who recommended I visit the front desk. When power came back on alarms and flashing lights went for a bit. Whole situation went from about 2-430. Probably would’ve been fine but we didn’t sleep and it left a bad taste. »
