'Hotel is netjes, maar gedateerd. Dat is overigens best leuk voor een of een paar nachten. Het diner was een grote teleurstelling, echt niet lekker. Wordt waarschijnlijk ‘s middags gekookt en ‘s avonds uit warmhoudbakken opgeschept. Gaarkeuken idee. Omdat er niks in de buurt is zonder de auto te moeten gebruiken, ben je tot dit eten veroordeeld. Echt heel jammer, anders zouden we het hotel zeker aanraden.'

'This is a beautiful, grown up place to stay. Our room was immaculately clean, yet had lots of personal touches. The bed was so comfortable and the ensuite shower room was spacious and perfect for us. The sitting rooms are peaceful with coffee, biscuits and a range of Spanish art books to flick through. 'We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it. It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay. We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice.'

'A beautiful hotel in the countryside but by the sea at the same time thus giving superb views of the area. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room and needs to be ordered the previous day. €11 per person. Fantastically comfortable and clean. Good Wi-Fi. Colunga is just a mile or so away from the hotel to the west with many bars/eateries to choose from.'

'Prachtige omgeving, zeker voor hiken, echt weg van de drukte, en het was ook erg goed eten in het restaurant. De home suite was groot genoeg voor ons (fam van 4), netjes en hoewel niet luxe mooi afgewerkt met houten balken en vloer, met funktionele ikea-like keuken en douche, en grote ramen die een mooi uitzicht op de bergen geeft. Geweldig hotel, zou er zeker weer naar toe gaan.'
