'The view of the slopes was fantastic. The room was adequately spacious. We love that each room had lockers for our ski gear. Of course, the best part of this hotel is that you can just walk out of the hotel straight to the ski lifts. Outside of skiing, it's convenient that we can just walk around the massive building complex to shop or eat. '

'Incredibly clean and hygienic place, I’ve stayed there before and loved it! Super close to the ski resort, onsen visit is included, they have storage for your ski/ snowboard equipment as well as free laundry. The showers are amazing as well as the room heaters. I love staying here and I will be returning next year :) might just be an annual trip! They also have a great kitchen setup, along with Beer on draft! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!! 😊'

'The hotel offers a great deal if you wnt to stay very central in the Shiga Kogen ski resort. The staff is very accomodating. Not everybody speaks fluent english, but the try their best… There is a free pool table, communal hot bath (men and women seperate) and ski locker for the use of the guests. Free toiletries can be collected from reception. The rooms are not cleaned (we stayed there for six nights), only upon request. When we entered the room, it was well cleaned though. 'Super friendly staff and very helpful with providing information. The room is decent nothing outstanding, so is the public bath in the basement. But this place is quite convenient to an izakaya just few minutes away foot and also a local small onsen. The staff made this place worth it. '

'其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了'
