When that happened we decided to go with the Hyatt Place Garden City and found the venue to be excellent and staff to be incredible. While we were checking in, another guest was complaining to another receptionist about the fact that he had been at the hotel for 3 days and that the TV in his room was still not working despite having complained each day.
