  • Our town-home offers many areas to make yourself at home. Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath provides all the amenities to enjoy a home away from home. We offer 3 queen size beds, as well as a twin size fold out chair in a top floor in a common space. Our master bathroom provides a beautiful walk in shower and closet with a his/her's sink. The spare bedroom offers a walk in closet along with a full size bathroom. We also provide games to play if you want to enjoy a game night. We have an open floor plan from our living room to our kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to enjoy a homemade meal. We also offer beverage delivery. If communicated prior to check-in we can have the refrigerator stocked with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of your choice. Rather if it is making a cup of coffee/tea to relax on the couch by the fireplace, or relish the nice fresh air on the balcony. We would love to host our home for you, and make your stay in Nashville fun and relaxing.

Girls weekend in Nash!

This property was conveniently located to downtown, Broadway and the airport. The owners were quick to respond and were flexible with our check in/out times which was super helpful!! The property had everything we needed (minus a full sized mirror haha). We definitely would stay here again!

Cozy and Charming

Our October girls trip was made even better by staying in this cozy home! Brittany was quick to respond to my questions. Parking is right outside the front door. It’s a short Uber drive to Broadway. We would stay here again!

Great location

This property was a perfect Uber ride away from anything we wanted to do while visiting Nashville. You can tell this is a developing neighborhood based off of the surroundings but we felt 100% safe and secure thanks to the gate. Communication was always great from beginning to end, they allowed me to check in as soon as I hopped of my early flight in (which was a huge lifesaver!) I only gave four stars for cleanliness due to the floors being dirty. Within 30 minutes of the group arriving, everyone’s feet were so dark and dirty from the floors.

Bachelorette weekend!

We were so pleased with Chris and Britney property. The house was exact as shown in the pictures, it was so clean, and just the right size to accommodate my group. We were only 15 minutes from downtown which was great. This area does seem to be a upcoming neighborhood , but that didn’t bother us a bit, we felt very safe . Would definitely recommend.

Getting Nashty is Nash

Brittany was sooooo amazing and went above and beyond for our stay. Our bride to be was extremely happy! Brittany had the BEST communication, the property was set up so beautifully, and had amenities for our stay. I suggest this Vrbo for your stay with friends or family. The accommodations were exactly as they are in the pictures. The owners were quick to respond to a mechanical issue and were wonderful to work with! I’d stay there again if I have the chance to return Nashville.

Fabulous stay!

The pictures don’t even do this clean, comfortable, and adorable place justice! The host went above and beyond when it came to amenities and providing everything we needed for an easy check-in/out and homey stay. Even with several other large groups staying nearby, it was surprisingly quiet. The property is also relatively easy for Uber/Lyft drivers to access/find, which was a big plus for us. We felt very safe the entire weekend, and the location was perfect for one night on Broadway and a second full day of exploring the rest of Nashville. Would definitely book again!

Lovely townhome in Nash!

My friends and I had a great time during our stay. The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The gated neighborhood felt nice and safe, and while there was some construction nearby it never bothered us and never got loud. Overall we had a wonderful time and would happily come back and stay again!

We had no issues with our stay. The property was very clean. The listing was accurate. The top floor has one bed while the second floor has two beds in one bedroom. The location was poor. Overall, it met our needs.

Modern and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were super communicative, the property was spotless, was easy to access, and met everything we were looking for! My only note is that this new unit is built in a transitional neighborhood of East Nashville, which was a little bit of a surprise but not an issue whatsoever.

Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. One of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. Check in and out was very easy. Would reccomend to anybody who is heading to Nashville.

Best vacation home!

My overall experience was fantastic! The property manager cummincated fast and effective. She went out of her way to make sure my trip went well even when I made a hiccup on the wrong dates. When I walked in the place it was just as I pictured online. It was a nice gift of champagne waiting with two cups. I loved everything I will definitely book again with the host in the future.

Like new near downtown

Great location, only 10 minutes from downtown. House looks like new, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. Host always available by email. House in gated area, however entry gate was always open. House has three floors, so lots of stairs. Living room, kitchen and powder room on first floor. One bedroom with two queen beds on 2nd floor and one bedroom with queen bed on 3rd floor. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Liked the board games and Nashville tourism books. Suggestions: tv channel guide and would have been good if I knew there was a separate thermostat for each floor. Couldnt figure out why it was cold in bedrooms until the last day when we noticed the other two thermostats. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
